- SsusanVIPVancouver / British Columbia •34 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe attended the long table Christmas Eve dinner. Food was excellent. I wasn’t fond of the goose, however the duck was good. Roasted vegetables, potatoes, and dessert were excellent. A very nice evening. Very nice wine pairings. Will return to try the regular menu.More infoMiradoro RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Oliver•4.8
- JJoanneSeattle / Eastern Washington •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoBeautifully presented large array of delicious savory and sweet nibbles for afternoon tea. Plus a fine selection of high quality teas to choose from. You can’t beat Casia’s cozy classy lodge atmosphere and stunning views. And they don’t skimp on portions. We couldn’t even eat it all and had to take goodies home! I highly recommend afternoon tea here. It is a fun experience and something different to enjoy with family and friends. A beautiful sunny day with a great view. A very enjoyable couple of hours.More infoThe Bear, The Fish, The Root & The BerryPrice: Expensive• Canadian• Osoyoos•4.6
- DDanielSeattle / Eastern Washington •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 15, 2024The menu is inventive and exciting, and even the classic dishes we tried had little creative twists that would bring us back in a heartbeat. We had the Italian-style wagyu burger and the BCS lamb, which were both excellent. The show-stopper, though, was the lobster ravioli, which was MUCH more lobster than ravioli and featured Korean spices, kimchi spiced greens and kelp oil. We were so impressed with this dish that we had to ask specifically about the ingredients. Sometimes restaurants try to make ordinary food sound extraordinary by using fancy words to describe it, but this menu felt like the opposite. This was an east-meets-west mashup of fascinating ingredients and extraordinary techniques that was presented without fuss or pretension. Some of the prices were on the high side, but for the quality of the food and the inventiveness of its preparation, we found it completely worthwhile.More infoThe Dining Room at Sun Mountain LodgePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Winthrop•4.4
