Behind an unmarked door adjacent to the wine room, guests are transported to District 1 (China Town) in Saigon via Blackhouse’s 28-seat restaurant-within-a-restaurant, LSXO. A spinoff of the Little Sister brand (Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach & Downtown Los Angeles), LSXO is love letter to the culture, heritage, and lineage of Vietnam (Vuong’s relatives hail from the region). While Little Sister is known for its French Vietnamese menu, LSXO follows the same Southeast Asian inspiration with a more refined feel. “There is no signage for LSXO—you can spot the entrance of it tucked into a section inside Bluegold, but you’ll have to know it’s there. While Bluegold is light, bright, and airy, LSXO is its darker, edgier little sister,” says Vuong. “Both restaurants operate out of the same kitchen, though the menus are completely different.     We had the mussels, calamari, and the Brussel sprouts appetizers. The Mussels were the best I have had. The calamari and sprouts were good. We especially liked their old fashions. I love this place.

    Our family wasn’t available for Christmas dinner at home this year, so the two of us went off on an adventure & found Pacific Hideaway. Everything was great - the modern ambience, the pleasant service, & delicious food! We left happy & content! Hope to return again soon!👍👍👍👍

    We have been wanting to try Brightwaters for a long time and finally made it in! We were not disappointed! Anne and her entire staff were amazing. There was a musician playing and it was the perfect noise level where we could still have a conversation. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the drinks and menu options. There were six of us and everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try more items! Great addition to downtown Huntington Beach!

    The food was amazing. Rib eye enchiladas were so good! The rib eye melts in your mouth and it's full of flavor with that chimichurri. It was my wife's first time and she loved it! I definitely will be back for more date nights.
