We had reservations for 2 dinners, Christmas day and following day. Christmas dinner was a buffet. We were seated and we ordered our drinks. When we started at buffet there were no plates available. We mentioned that they said the plates are at the end of the buffet and there were no plates even at the end of the buffet. Then they realized and brought plates. The Stew was not leuk warm and the roast beef was very dry. And had to apply more butter. The server was very hospitable and friendly, but the food did not make the mark for a Christmas dinner. The following day's dinner was sit down style and we enjoyed the food we got served that night. There is plenty of room to improve the food that they serve for price they charge. Overall it is very nice restaurant with good ambience and good hospitable people serving and if they improve more on the food it will flourish.

Our food and service were terrific. Was our third visit and it has never disappointed. Great Italian cuisine at reasonable prices.

We made reservations just in case but got there and got sat right away. Waitress was very pleasant. Bar service was slow. We had our appetizers before our bar drinks came. Food was cooked well and had good flavor. They were just setting up for live music when we were finishing.

My lady friend and I came to the Red Lobster after visiting the Adena Mansion in Chillicothe. Using the email Priority Seating were seated quite quickly. However, we did have to wait quite a long time for our dinners but there two large groups there and our waitress was running herself ragged but was still attentive to us in spite of that.
