Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine.     We are FIVE fans for sure! Food is delicious, the staff is super friendly and the ambiance is on pointe. We look forward to any chance we are able to go with or without kids (kids menu is best in town maybe?!). Tonight we had the chopped salad, rigatoni, diablo shrimp, kids pizzas - all cooked to perfection! Brian is always super friendly!

    This restaurant is amazing. The wait staff was so great and recommended the best dishes for us. We went there for happy hour and I think it’s the best in Seattle! The ribs, burger and the banana crème brûlée are a must!

    We enjoyed a great dining experience choosing to go with the Chefs Choice tasting experience. There were 4 starters that were all delicious! And generous portions. We also went with the wine pairing option and again were very please with the variety and choices. They also accommodated our ‘foods to avoid’ as you don’t really know what the chef will be sending out. Again the choices were plentiful and covered wide variety from starters to desserts with digestif! Great time and we will be back.
