- CchristineVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •7 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoInventive and extensive menu. Lots of shareable plates. The Piquillo peppers stuffed with goat cheese, lamb sliders and hummus plate were standouts. Interesting cocktail list. Elevated and attentive service.…(Our server, Moses, checked each glass in the sunlight to insure they weren’t spotted) little details make all the difference. Excellent outdoor space. Music and poetry readings are also part of their entertainment offerings. Reservations recommended during season.More infoArts & CentralPrice: Moderate• American• Sarasota•4.7
- LLaurenVIPLos Angeles •20 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoMy boyfriend and I have heard nothing but good things about Selva. We decided to do dinner and we were not disappointed. We started off with some drinks, the espresso martini is an absolute must there! We had the empanadas as an appetizer. One was spinach and one was beef, both were amazing and flavorful! For dinner I had the skirt steak with truffle risotto (I subbed the sweet plantains for the risotto). My boyfriend had the short rib with asparagus and couscous risotto. He loved the short rib and asparagus, the couscous risotto lacked a bit of flavor but was still good mixed with everything. Overall, we were incredibly happy with the food and the service! We can’t wait to go back and try more from their menu!More infoSelva Grill Downtown SarasotaPrice: Expensive• Latin / Spanish• Sarasota•4.9

Cocktails are great, staff is attentive and accommodating, and make very helpful recs when asked. Sit on patio. Don’t forget to order the Brussel sprouts. Lots of options for vegan/gf as well as a fantastic burger for meat lovers. Free parking. Walkable to Fogertyville. We love this place!More infoWink Wink Food and DrinkPrice: Expensive• American• Sarasota•4.5
- JJoeSouthwest Florida •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoOur party of four had an unbelievable experience. The Server, Adam Pratt, was outstanding. He was extremely passionate about his job and provided insight into all Menu items. His interactions were impeccable, providing superior service while also being very interactive and professional. The food was outstanding. Lobster Bisque - Easily the best my Wife and I have ever had. Its creaminess and flavor were beyond reproach. Nigiri (Salmon Belly), Ahi Tuna, and Crab Cocktail - All phenomenal. The crab was super succulent. Wagyu Filet, Wagyu Manhattan, 8oz Filet - These were all "melt" in your mouth and cooked to perfection. The scallop entree was also very good. The scallops were cooked perfectly. The risotto was very good, and the presentation was outstanding. Truffl;e Mac & Cheese was some of the best I have ever tasted. The asparagus is easily the Most Tender asparagus I have ever eaten. The Brussels sprouts were delicious. We finished with the 10-layer Carrot Cake - This was wonderful and the Pineapple sauce was an unbelievable compliment to the moistness of the cake. The cream cheese icing which usually overdoes the cake was the perfect compliment. Our only complaint was the Carrot Cake only had 9 layers. We showed Adam and had some lighthearted fun with it at the table. Thank you Oceans Prime Sarasota for such a memorable and delightful dining experience.More infoOcean Prime - SarasotaPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Sarasota•4.8
