El Pinto established the first and only Animal Welfare Approved laying hen program on property. 250 hens lay pasture raised eggs for daily use. An onsite green house produces over 5,000 lbs of organically grown greens. Freshness is throughout El Pinto. El Pinto uses chile from Hatch, NM, pasture raised pork from Kyzer Farms, and local grass fed beef.

    It’s was our first time dining on Valentine’s Day I really enjoyed the experience.I do recommend the food was very delicious.Everything was perfect i have no complaints. I recommend to make reservations a head of time if you are planning for Valentine’s Day’s dinner.

    We had dinner for valentine's day and made an early reservation. We had a nice relaxing meal that was delicious. I had the enchiladas and the red Chile was nice with some spice. My husband had the chicken Florentine off the special valentine menu and he really enjoyed it. Overall We loved the food. Our server was Nobe...he was funny and did a great job. He even gave us some extra sopapillas to take home! I'm looking forward to going back and would like to sit in their outdoor area.

    Trombino‘s never disappoints us we love this restaurant. The service is amazing. The food is spectacular and the atmosphere is comforting and quiet. We love this place and will continue to go here for date night. Thank you Trombino for excellence service!!!!
