Great food and service. Jason amazing again as usual.

Wonderful experience. Food was delicious and I. Good proportions. I would recommend the Calamari. The NY Strip (non aged) was cooked to perfection and so tender. I was there with a business colleague. We sat outside and did have one homeless man come up to our table asking for for food. Just be aware.

We had the chef's tasting menu, and every selection was beyond delicious. The sake and wine selections suggested by our server created the perfect pairings for a magnificent dinner. Nobu is THE BEST!!!!

We had breakfast twice and dinner once at Hudson and Nash restaurant on the ground floor of the Hilton San Diego Bayfront hotel. Both menus have a nice selection, however, breakfast service included an automatic gratuity of 20%. Both breakfast and dinner included a 4% surcharge. If it were not for the convenience of eating breakfast in the hotel on two chilly mornings, we would have chosen a different breakfast restaurant. There are several unique and delicious options in the Gaslamp Quarter across the street from the hotel. Our dinner experience was good with well prepared food and attentive service. The desserts were also delicious, although a bit overpriced for the size of the portion.

The ambiance is very nice and lovely, there was live piano music. We had meatballs, lobster arancini, and garlic knots for appetizers. We had pizza and braised short ribs for dinner. The food was delicious and the service was great! We will definitely come back here again!!
