Restaurants near Samaria Station

This is our third time at The Standard and our first with other couples. Our waiter, was fantastic. He was on point with drinks, coursed out the food nicely, and was precisely as attentive as needed. The food was delicious. I had the short rib, and my wife had the swordfish. The fish was one of the best seafood dishes I have ever had. The short rib was tender and savory, and when combined with the polenta, it created a wonderful bite. We will be back! Thanks so much.

It is a nice dining experience, the staff is experienced and costumer focused. We will return!

The food and service were generally very good. I would have rated this higher, except there was a piece of plastic in the middle of our cheesecake.

We LOVE the food at forest view. The wait for the food not so much. We have been 2 weeks in a row and waited literally over an hour to get food. We also get passed by when making a reservation and actually have to grab someone to tell them we have one. The patio seating is freezing, the wait staff we have had for the most part have been great. We will continue to return, but hope either the kitchen gets an upgrade or better system.
