Our family first arrived in America from Italy in 1927 by way of Ellis Island. I'm inspired by the traditional approach my Nona took to cooking in our kitchen growing up.​Simple dishes, the absolute best ingredients available, and a lot of love.     Every aspect of our dining experience was terrific. Welcomed by name at the host station (okay, 7 of us so we stood out). Seated promptly (Valentine's Day). Staff was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The decor is warm and inviting. As requested, our party was seated indoors. Acoustics are good for a relatively small dining room. Started with adult beverages that were spot on. All around we felt welcomed and not rushed. The food arrived plated beautifully and from all reports, tasted fantastic. Overall, a great dining experience. When visiting Medford again (we live in Phoenix AZ) we will DEFINITELY visit Decant again. A top tier dining experience all around. Thank you!

    First visit since they reopened after holiday break. Pretty quiet due to all the snow. Really liked some of the new items on the menu. The kale caesar was unusual but delicious. Wife absolutely loved the NY steak. Crushed olive martini and kiwi pisco also good....but that was expected.
