In 2018 we changed hands and partnered with Ransom Wine and Spirits. Established in 1997, Ransom is celebrating 25 years as an alembic distillery, artisan wine company and vermouth house. Our Dundee Tasting Room is open Wednesday-Monday from 11am-5pm.Holiday Hours: Our Tasting Room will be closed from Monday, December 23rd to Thursday, January 2nd. Visit us on Ribbon Ridge, where we have something for everyone!At Trisaetum Winery, we specialize in Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sparkling Wines.     Everything about this place is cool. Really enjoy the intimate space and vibes. The ramen was very good. I've had, between our two visits, the pork belly, blue crab, and the mushroom protein option. All were tasty. The only item I haven't enjoyed was the corn topping it wasn't bad just didn't live up to the rest of the ingredients. We will definitely be back!

    A-maz-ing. I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with friends. It was a first visit for all of us. From the cocktails to salads, breads, our pasta choices, risotto, and finally dessert, everything was delicious. Our server was knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. I appreciate the stated time allowance for diners to keep reservations on schedule. We are all looking forward to our next dining experience there.

    Had to wait a bit to be served but the food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. It was a little noisy due to a table of fairly loud women, but all in all, a delightful experience.
