Our server Dillon was on point and very attentive. Food was of course spectacular and the manager stopped by to thank us. 5 stars well earned.

We had our office Holiday party at Rose Park Bistro. Everyone except myself had never dined here before. The atmosphere was very festive, which made for a wonderful first impression. The hostess was very accommodating when we requested seating further inside the main dining area as our booth was so close to the front door. The menu options spanned our palettes from the chicken sandwich to the ravioli. The paella and shrimp and lobster ravioli were a huge hit. The steak tartar served over an avocado base was un unexpected and welcome surprise. Super yummy! Wine by the glass options are excellent. Dessert was a win, too. The pistachio cake was out of this world. Last, but not least, the servers were all very attentive. Everyone agreed that we will be returning again.

Really quiet on this Monday but our server Janae was really good and respectful of our timeline, very professional and pleasant. The food was delicious: the house salad was fresh and the dressing tasty and tangy! I had the Seabass from the special menu and it melted in my mouth.

Chevy's Fresh Mex Restaurant on Douglas Blvd., Roseville: The chips and salsa are flavorful. The chicken flautas are our favorite appetizers and we often have them for the entrees, although everything we have had is good. Sophie was a wonderful help as as our server, as well as the manager and other staff. It is noisy and energetic when the restaurant has many customers and the front door allows too much cold air to come in. Sitting away from the front door would be my recommendation.

We had an amazing time. The service is top notch. The food is delicious! The live music was a great surprise, and we had so much fun engaging with the staff. We will definitely return!
