We've dined here before and had excellent service and steaks. Service this visit was excellent from Nicole but the steak we chose was not. We tried the reserve cut, prime 30-day dry aged KC Strip this time and were disappointed with how dry and flavorless it was. Thankfully I added a sauce last minute, because it really needed it. We ordered it medium because usually steaks are slightly undercooked, and we like medium rare. It had no juices or flavor present. All we could taste was the char from the grill. It was hard to get through it and not tender. We ended up taking most of it home because we don't like complaining. We usually get the filet or NY Strip and we'll be sticking with that next time. The brussels sprouts were excellent as was the wedge salad and French Onion soup. Nicole checked on us often throughout service and was very kind.

My ride took me on a mini getaway and on a rainy night 1919 was perfect. Maddie was a great sever and took the best care of us. The pretzel was a perfect starter and the elk stroganoff was amazing. Great suggestion Maddie!

Everything was phenomenal! Our waitress was very prompt and knowledgeable. The drinks were amazing and the food was absolutely terrific! 10/10 recommend.

For a Thanksgiving buffet at a a hotel restaurant it was beyond our expectations. Our group enjoyed ourselves very much, very much! The food was very, very good. Service was excellent. Will we go again next year? Definitely

My mother and I dined here on Easter and we had a most magnificent time! Our server Marty was wonderful, caring, and humorous. Thank you for his service. I noticed that this Red Lobster could use a makeover. The carpet looks worn and dirty, and the bench we were sitting had torn fabric. Also, the dust on the ledges was quite noticeable.
