- NNicholeSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoReview for The George at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel If opulence had a taste, it would be found at The George at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel. This is not just a dining experience — it is a masterpiece of sensory immersion. From the moment you step inside, you are enveloped by an atmosphere of grandeur and elegance that feels both regal and intimate. The architecture alone is worthy of reverence, with soaring ceilings, intricate details, and an undeniable sense of luxury woven into every inch of the space. But the true magic lies in the dining experience itself. Every dish is a revelation. The flavors are not merely balanced — they are orchestrated. Each bite feels like a journey, with layers of taste unfolding on the palate in ways that linger long after the plate is empty. The attention to detail is astonishing — from the presentation of each dish to the thoughtful selection of ingredients that feel both classic and innovative. Even the seating feels intentional. Plush, inviting, and perfectly arranged to create a sense of intimacy while still allowing you to drink in the beauty of the surroundings. It’s clear that nothing at The George is accidental. Everything serves the experience. This was more than a date night — it was an encounter with beauty, artistry, and indulgence in its highest form. Five stars do not feel like enough. If you’re looking for a space where luxury meets warmth, and refinement meets wonder, The George is not to be missed.More infoThe GeorgePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.3

Servers made great suggestions for beverages and wine, one server even brought over a sample of a drink she thought we would like. Food was wonderful and the overall experience was very unique. - SSunLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 1, 2024Our experience at the Charlotte Restaurant in Lotte Hotel was outstanding! They worked with me and gave me options when I explained I was planning a proposal, they made our visit a very welcome one, and Devin was an amazing server - complimenting my fiancee's fit, explaining the menu and drinks, and happily accepting my requests to be our private photographer. The food was amazing, the dessert was stunning, the drinks were good, the price is what you'd expect to pay at a classy restaurant but there's no set dress code so I saw groups of families and friends show up in jeans and such. I personally went with the a la carte dinner menu opposed to the pre-fix because the stuff I wanted weren't included (and I saved more money with the a la carte - still spent 400$ lol) They have private halls for larger parties up to 12 and the entire place is dressed up for the holidays with live music and a fairly nice view of the city from 16floors high. Not much of a live as I recall so I don't think you absolutely need to make a reservation ahead of time, unless it's for a special event like my proposal. Valet parking is 20$, they put a service charge of 20% of your meal, and they don't accept Google/Apple pay so have card or cash (valet doesn't accept cash). No military discounts either, for you SM's like me that love saving a buck.More infoCharlotte Restaurant & LoungePrice: Very Expensive• Northwest• Downtown•4.7
