- JJayVIPLas Vegas •8 reviews5.0Dined todayIf you’re looking for a top-tier steakhouse experience in Las Vegas, T-Bones is a must-visit. Nestled within the redrock casino, this upscale restaurant offers an exceptional combination of luxury, atmosphere, and perfectly executed steaks. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by elegant decor and an inviting, warm ambiance. The staff is attentive without being overbearing, offering suggestions from the extensive wine list and guiding you through the menu with expertise. The service here is impeccable, adding to the overall feeling of exclusivity and refinement. The highlight of the meal, of course, is the steak. I opted for the Australia New York strip, which was cooked to perfection—seared on the outside with a juicy, tender interior that practically melted in my mouth. The seasoning was just right, and the meat was of top-notch quality. Each bite was a reminder of why T-Boned has built its reputation as one of the best in town. The sides were equally impressive; the creamed spinach was rich and creamy, and the mashed potatoes were fluffy with the perfect amount of butter. The wine list is expansive, with a diverse selection of reds and whites from renowned regions around the world. The sommelier’s recommendation paired beautifully with my steak and really elevated the meal. For dessert, the chocolate cake was decadently rich, providing a sweet conclusion to an otherwise flawless dining experience. While T-Bones is on the pricier side, it delivers on every level—exceptional food, great service, and an unforgettable atmosphere. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a high-end meal, this is one of the best steakhouses in Las Vegas.
