We loved The Shambles from the minute we walked in and now we continue the heritage of what was created before us. On the food side: high quality steaks, cut in house.     We were lucky to be sat at a great table to enjoy the trapeze show which is fun to see and a different dining experience. The ambience was warm and festive. Our server was lovely. She was friendly and helpful. The food was next level good. Our party enjoyed the lasagna, clam linguine, agnolotti and rigatoni with meatballs. All delicious. For dessert we had the sticky toffee pudding and the cake with pistachios. Also both delicious. Definitely recommend getting a reservation if you can!

    We were able to snag a reservation for Spinasse about one month before our visit-even then, the times available were 5 or 9 PM. We opted for 5 PM, and were seated promptly when they opened. My husband and I ordered the Tajarin Al Ragu and it did not disappoint! Loved watched the fresh pasta in the making, and our server was fantastic. Not local to SEA, but would visit again.
