Several years ago, I decided that my future in the restaurant business would most likely not remain in the realm of fine dining and gourmands, but would rather lean towards the style of restaurant that I found myself frequenting most often - places that provided consistency and quality at a price that was fair for the quality of the food and experience. Public House plays to the comforts of good, solid food, while applying the principles of premium food products to a more casual setting. You will find all the fish is delivered from Foley’s in Boston, high quality steaks and a rotating selection of vegetable sides that are true to the region and season. You’ll also find a really good hamburger and fish sandwich, along with fun snacks and small plates that pair well with cocktails, beer and wine. Welcome,Nathan Lindley

Service for brunch was quick, but there were probably only 2 other tables occupied. Avocado Toast was delicious. A friend had the egg white omelet and said it was great. Also very good was the eggs benedict. My friend who had the lion's mane mushroom said it wasn't good. The only annoying aspect was having a 20-something year old waitress calling us older ladies "sweetie" multiple times. Hardly appropriate.

My wife and I dined at the Auld Alliance for a getaway weekend. We were not expecting the restaurant to be as great as it was! From the minute you walk in, the atmosphere is very romantic and it is just a very cool upscale vibe. The service and food were both a 10 out of 10. I would recommend the Auld Alliance to anyone.

A little getaway to Mentone. We had a great dinner at this unique restaurant. It’s a little pricey but you know the saying you get what you pay for, you will not be disappointed with their menu. If you have the opportunity definitely check them out.
