The location of our table was nice and the space itself is not too crowded. Could not ask for a better dining experience. Thank you!More infoNovio'sPrice: Very Expensive• Bistro• Bangor•4.9
- SStephGreater Boston •2 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoI love this restaurant, but the last few visits there’s been a problem with the food temperature. I had short ribs and my short ribs were impeccable. The temperature was perfect, but all the other pieces with it ….the purée,the carrots and the potatoes were all cool. They were not anywhere near warm enough so they’ve got to figure that out…. maybe warming up the plates? On my last visit my soup was cool and I should’ve sent it back, but of course the dishes are so beautifully plated and the soup had decorations on top, but I’m not the only one that has had a problem with temperature. I was at lunch with a friend and she had the same problem with her soup so the cook must get a plan. I can’t be the only one that’s having problems with the food temperature. - JJenniferNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoI was really happy to have the experience at Kanu. The decor is warm and inviting. We had the brussels sprouts, squash, salad, and the smash burgers. The french fries that came with the burgers were very good. Everybody liked their food and I will be very happy to go back. Our waitress was attentive and did not rush us. More infoKanuPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Bangor•4.3
- DDonnaGreater Boston •6 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoSweet place, cozy on a winter evening. Made a reservation and happy that a preference for a hearing impaired guest was honored. Our first visit-food good and we will return. Found waitstaff a little intrusive consistently interrupting our conversation and offering “recommendations” that were not requested. For example, “the lamb will take 30 minutes, so we recommend an appetizer.” Waiter was attentive, all orders accurate and even did something to turn down heat when we said we were uncomfortable with it blasting on us. So mostly very good!!More infoFrannys BistroPrice: Very Expensive• American• Camden•4.8
