capital grill oozes with professionalism. properly speaking wait staff, well dressed and service oriented. professional check in staff, well dressed and polite. valet team, efficient and motivated . this tells you this national chain is a great pick when you travel and a sure place to dine with parties, families , customers or dates! the food is great. crabmeat appetizer fresh , salads fresh, corn, mash potatoes, baked potato and brussels sprouts delicious. steaks perfectly cooked. and desserts coconut cream pie and cheese cake stellar. i’ve been to capital grills on dc, dallas and here in plano is last 14 days. that is an endorsement

Waiter was a little slow and the environment was slightly noisy for a business meeting. But a good overall vibe and food. It would be nice if they could offer a couple of choices on NA beer instead of the flavorless lazy choice of Heineken 0.0. There are countless options. Craft mocktails would be a nice touch.

I ate at the bar during happy hour. My bartender and server, Michelle, was friendly and attentive. All of my food (flatbread and ribs) were good. I also enjoyed a few rounds of drinks. I’ll likely dine here again should I return to this city for work.

Another exemplary dining experience from valet through reception through service, all was outstanding - as was the food itself. Our bartender/server Kyry was excellent, creative and entertaining. A totally enjoyable lunch-time!

We love Tambra! She went above and beyond to make my hubby’s birthday special. She also went above and beyond to rectify some things from my last visit. She is an absolutely incredible manager and her customer service skills are off the charts. She’s also just a sweetheart! Chris, our server, was knowledgeable, had phenomenal people skills and was on top of everything. Best experience ever! Our drinks were fabulous due to Tanya as well! We will miss her. Thanks for making my husband’s birthday a night we will never forget!
