Quiessence is a fine dining, true farm to table restaurant located at The Farm at South Mountain, a 10 acre oasis by South Mountain. We have a 2 acre organic garden onsite that we utilize as much as possible for our dishes. Our menu changes regularly based on local and seasonal availability. We offer tasting menus with the option of doing 3, 4 or 5 courses. The restaurant itself is housed in the original farmhouse of the property giving the restaurant plenty of rustic charm. For my 60th birthday celebration, I chose to eat at Flemings. We were greeted and at our table within five minutes of the reservation. The host was very kind and the entire staff did an excellent job. The manager checked on us and said hello and make sure we were perfectly happy with everything. Our food was on point and we really enjoyed our time. Thank you, we highly recommend! JG
