Restaurants near Phoenix Heights

We have been to dinner here two times in the last 3 weeks- as we really enjoy the food and atmosphere and especially our servers have been friendly and efficient- especially our server we were fortunate enough to have wait on our table last night! His name is Fritz and I’ll make sure to request his area every time we return for another excellent evening!

The food service and ambience were great! There was a young server in the ladies room who was busy fixing her make up and didn’t wash her hands, also for such a nice restaurant the bathroom should’ve been maintained better. When we asked the manager if the music could be lowered a bit, he told us that he couldn’t and it was part of the restaurants.”vibe”. We went at a time where few people were there and he couldn’t accommodate us, even slightly. If I go back to this place, it will be takeout only .

First time at this new Blanco and it did not disappoint! Food is great but the customer service was simply the best! We had Jaime and he was so personable. Gave us suggestions and made sure to check on us. He even brought out our iced tea so that we did not run out. I will ask for his section when we go back. It is about customer service and because of Jaime’s attention to detail, this is our restaurant from now on.

Always a good meal! Been going here for a long time!

The only complaint is figuring out how to get in if you’ve never been there.
