Amazing experience from start to finish. Beautiful room, relaxed but very attentive service and delicious food. Try the Squash Korokke!

Great breakfast. Restaurant had good ambiance and would go back again to try their dinner.

This was our first time eating at the restaurant and it was amazing , we had the elk carpaccio , sable fish and carrots

From the moment we stepped into the restaurant the staff and management were so accommodating of our group and the service was on point. I had been following this restaurant since it opened on social media and reading up on it and couldn’t wait to come for dinner and their signature dish of angolotti and I was not disappointed. We were in town for a conference and everyone who joined our group for the dinner was blown away. It was great to be able to go down and let the chef know how awesome the food was and how much we appreciated it. Definitely keep an eye on them for James Beard, or Michelin in the near future. Thanks for a great meal and great evening during our trip to Banff! 

This is the best restaurant in Canmore, and a top 10% of world wide restaurants in my experience. The tasting menu left us satisfied and thrilled with the incredible combinations of flavor, texture and creativity. Presentation was top shelf. The entire staff coordinates to make service attentive without being overbearing. The place has a casual upscale feel; comfortable but elevated. Do not miss this place if you love eating well. This place is doing everything right.
