The Carte Blanche Team is passionate about combining fresh ingredients to create a local cuisine for the Hamburg NY area. The atmosphere is very cozy, the service is exceptional (we had Emily), the food is delicious, the drinks were perfect (Kim the bartender is wonderful), the restaurant is clean (including the ladies room), and the entire staff is very personable and efficient! Even the owner came to our table to inquire about our food and experience . . . very personal touch. Love this place!!! Highly recommend it.

The food was spectacular! The sauce was like homemade, and the portions were HUGE. I had the lasagna because of reviews I had seen and it did not disappoint. Impossible to eat all of it. My daughter got the gnocchi, and I sampled it - excellent. The chicken parm was enough for two (maybe three!) to eat. Highly recommended!
