The Carte Blanche Team is passionate about combining fresh ingredients to create a local cuisine for the Hamburg NY area. We are dedicated to creating an atmosphere that is both friendly and inviting for our local residents and visitors.During this time we must follow all CDC guidelines regarding masks. Guests must arrive promptly for their reservation wearing a mask. When moving throughout our space we require you to be wearing face covering correctly.     We had a great time we were greeted with a smile and sat right away. Our waitress came introduced herself and went over the specials as well as our drink order our food came at a reasonable time even though it was the Friday before Christmas and there was not a seat available I had the seafood sampler which was very tasty my friend had the pasta special which I was told was very good !! I ordered a salad to go again not a long wait desert was offered and we shared the ice cream with brownie was delicious Looking forward to New Years Eve evening at Ricks on Main

    Burger night - had burgers- tasty with fresh lettuce, tomato and onion. Excellent service. We enjoyed the new craftsman lounge, along with the tasteful Christmas decorations. A nice evening out.
