El Barón is a cocktail bar that started operations on December 24, 2013. Juan, one of the partners, created the project due to the city's lack of bars and cocktail bars. Our concept is classic; we specialize in classic cocktails that are the basis of any cocktail bar.Alongside this, we have a seasonal menu to showcase global trends.
