The Pinot Grigio. Italian is exactly what we wanted, Ruffino's is superb. The main energy for the evening was for and from our Server Person Derek, what a catch for THE CANNERY to have him. He is a professional with all the attributes of a perfect server and greatly experienced to be sure. Derek actually made our evening and we are grateful for that. All in all and we are modest but former business types and world travelled , so when we comment on Derek we actually know what we are talking about with great joy. From the way we were greeted, to being seated at one the best table and then to given sparkling wine, all of which set the tone for the evening. Our server, Laura was amazing and so knowledgeable. She recommended the perfect wine to accompany our meal. The food was delicious as always. Can’t wait to come back.
