    Our first time dining at Guillermo’s- four of us for brunch. We all loved our meals- chilaquiles and chile rellenos. This is a family owned spot and we were treated to not only wonderful food but stories about the almighty agave plant and the history of the restaurant. We will definitely return!

    Consistently great meals at Backstreet Bistro. My salad came without dressing. I asked for a side and the server brought it right away. Our OpenTable reservation didn’t show up on Backstreet’s side. I showed our confirmation so it was clear that the reservation was made. The host was gracious and seated us right away.

    We had an amazing dinner at Wildest, and I can't stop thinking about it! I opted for the Prime Rib special, which came with the most delicious Gruyere gratin potatoes and perfectly cooked green beans — a true comfort food win. I also tried a refreshing hibiscus margarita, which was the perfect balance of tart and sweet. We started with a grilled truffle Caesar salad that had just the right amount of richness and a tomato and burrito salad that was light and flavorful. Everything was prepared with such care, and the flavors were top-notch! Our server, Paige, was absolutely wonderful. She was so thoughtful, attentive, and made our experience even more special. If you're in Palm Desert, Wildest is a must-visit — delicious food, great drinks, and top-tier service!
