We had a great Christmas early dinner, and it was a breath of fresh air to be able to communicate with our server in both English and Spanish. We are American on vacation in Rome, and at times there's a language barrier, but here it was non existent. Menu was offered in English. The service was excellent, our server was amazing and so caring. Greater experience than those in the States.

Everyone spent their time explaining the appetizer, wine, main dish, and desserts selection! We never felt rush and we really enjoyed my daughter’s birthday celebration! Amazing restaurant! It was fully booked, so I'm glad we did. Great service, food and drinks. We loved it so much we booked for a second night! Can't recommend highly enough.

We had an amazing evening at Anima. It was the celebration of our 40th Wedding Anniversary and the moment they knew this, they were even more amazing. We received a hand made card from the staff. All in all this was one of our most pleasant experiences in a good restaurant. The food was exceptional and they have a great wine list. If we ever get to Rome again, we will eat there. And stay in the beautiful Hotel it is attached to.

On our eight days in Rome this was the high quality restaurant we went to. Other places were less expensive and quite good but this was the best
