It’s always a great time, great food, and great service!

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious dinner at the bar where the service was outstanding and the food delicious. I chose the gnocchi which happened to be vegan and it was incredibly tasty. The tuna Tatar was equally good with a nice but not too heavy Asian sweetness. The wedge salad was classically good. The bar staff were so attentive throughout our visit. This is going to become a Gahanna gem and we can’t wait to return.

While they are known for their beer, we weren’t drinking because my date and I had to sing in a vocal performance after dinner. Our server was wonderful, extremely friendly- chatting with us like we were old friends. He even suggested bringing us hot Earl Grey tea since it was a chilly evening, which I took him up on. He also went through the menu and discussed which items were top notch and which were his least favorite. I ordered the burger and fries and my date the chicken fingers. The burger was really good. Since it was two flat patties put together, I didn’t have to worry about it being over or under cooked. It was very juicy. It wasn’t huge like you get at some restaurants, but it was the perfect amount of food for me since I’m not a big guy. There were a lot of chicken fingers and she took half of them home. The atmosphere was great, and they have brewing equipment on sight. I will be going back to try the beer and hopefully get to see the production process. It’s quite a gem of a place tucked away in the neighborhood across from the Conservatory.
