We were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our evening at Coopers Hawk. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. They’re very well staffed. The food was all freshly made. We had a really yummy buratta and sausage flat bread to start and although the pretzel rolls aren’t healthy it was warm and enjoyed. The menu is very big and can accommodate different palates. I had a “life balance” (healthier/lower calorie) salmon dish and my partner enjoyed a short rib risotto. We finished the evening with a warm Cookie with Tilamook ice cream. We will be back.

Our waiter was beyond perfect: knowledgeable, polite, pleasant, non-intrusive or over-hovering and not too sparse, helpful, knew the menu with great suggestions,, and wise beyond his years. A real, rare gentleman. Perfect.

Excellent food and service as always. We enjoyed our meal very much.

Came here with my fiancé to celebrate our upcoming wedding! The service was absolutely great. Reggie and Nora were so kind and always made sure we had what we needed. Drinks were never empty and we were always being offered fresh hot meat when our cards were green! All of the guys that brought the meat around were so kind and personable. I definitely recommend coming here!
