Great time, staff all around were amazing and very friendly

Food tasted fine but portions were way too small for the price. Staff was great, our server could not be nicer! Overall fine experience but again the cost for food was way over its value.

Massimo is one of our favorite places to eat in Federal Hill. The lunch special is delicious, has a good variety of choices, and a very economical choice for a lot of food. Food is hot and tasty. Their focaccia bread is SO good. My son and I go there whenever we have a special occasion to celebrate. Servers and other wait staff are always attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable.

The food was excellent, the drinks were made properly and the service was great. Never had an empty water or dirty plate on my table. Had valet parking too, I will be back.

Christmas Eve dinner. Festive, lively atmosphere without being too loud for easy conversation. Service was excellent, beginning with the accommodation of a late addition guest. Staff was there for every need and question yet never made us feel rushed—even though our meal went past closing. I expected great food and was not disappointed. Oysters were particularly good and French-pressed coffee always adds a great finishing touch. My teenagers had a great time and have a new appreciation for real food. Highly recommend.
