An amazing selection of fish many flown from Japan. Their appetizers are very good as is their hot food. But the sushi is truly a home run! The service was very attentive and even when some dishes were a little backed up Kathleen was constantly checking on us and informing us of the status of our food. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

We were able to sit at the bar area and enjoyed dinner and great conversation with Jace and Olivia tending to us. Chef Sean greeted us as well! Enjoyed the Contemporary Cowboy Cuisine theme .. crispy skin organic salmon (beautiful presentation), bison short ribs and roasted beet salad ... all delicious!
