FICK Brewing Company is a local neighbourhood brewery with an indoor bar and a covered outdoor beer garden. The owners are Luxembourgish and Australian so the food is representative of that with the European-style street food such as hand-cut, double-cooked chips with Dutch Mayo, Tarte Flambees (French-style pizzas), Belgian Mussels and chips (Moules Frites), Currywurst (chopped Bratwurst with curry ketchup on chips), Farinata (North Italian chickpea pancake), as well as Wagyu beef burgers. Visiting from Atlanta, Georgia USA. We spent 10 days in Australia. This was hands down our favorite meal. Really cool, chill neighborhood. Food was amazing (sashimi, salmon/tuna crispy rice, gyoza, spicy tuna roll, special salmon roll w ponzu sauce not sure the name but it’s incredible). Wait staff was awesome. The price is right. We’re jealous of anyone reading this review in anticipation of their meal here.
