We were greeted by the host when we arrived in a very friendly manner he acknowledged that it was our anniversary and that we wanted a private table away from everyone else which was given to us. Our waiter was very good and attentive. I thought the prices were a bit high. The onion soup was underwhelming tasted kind of bland. The mixed vegetables were closer to raw than they were till al dente other than that the meal was excellent nice big helping of potatoes in large portions of the meat that would be enough for my dinner tonight and my lunch tomorrow and probably even a little left over after that the salad was a standard salad with blue cheese, and it was an additional charge for the salad the onion straws were excellent. Service moved along it just the right pace. We were too full to order dessert. The only thing that I did not like is that if you wanted to use a charge card or debit card, there was a 3% charge to do so I think it’s a great place for special occasions. It was a bit noisy in the dining room, even though it wasn’t that crowded I could hear all the people Speaking in their conversations, even though we were in a back corner by ourselves. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it for anyone celebrating something special. Staff was friendly and attentive. Parking was easy and abundant.

Great food, great service, atmosphere very nice . Slightly pricy but worth it.

Excellent service by Melvin. We were intrigued by some of the specials but find hard to deviate from the date night menu, which is an excellent value with a lot of choices. We shared the honey crisp salad to start. This is split in the kitchen and that makes a difference. The half portion is large with the cheese and pecans is wonderful. We also ordered the calamari, which is delicious but took most of it home as the portion is huge. Entrees were the king salmon, which was expertly prepared, and the filet mignon. There is an up charge but again the portion is large and also came home! We shared the apple tart for dessert which came with ice cream but took the other home. So many different tastes…a really nice evening.

We drove an hour away from Philly to try this restaurant on Christmas Eve and it did not disappoint in any way. The atmosphere on the inside of the restaurant is gorgeous and the staff are all very attentive and genuine. We started with drinks which there is a WIDE selection of. I ordered the daiquiri martini and it was one of the best martinis I’ve ordered at a restaurant. Not overly sweet, strong but not straight liquor, and great flavor. We ordered spicy scallop, spicy crab and spicy tuna tacos as an appetizer and it was my absolute favorite thing on the menu. I am a big sushi/seafood person and devoured these. For another appetizers, we ordered the prime rib waffle cone tower which was aesthetically unique and SO TASTY. Such a fun choice and not just for show, the flavor was even better than the display. Lastly we ordered the roasted bone marrow which we ate some of on the crostini and left some of it to eat with our steak. I loved the lemon zest on top and there was so much bone marrow to use. I’ve ordered this at other restaurants that charge a ton of money for a tsp worth of food and here they served us two massive bones with at least 4-5 tablespoons or more of bone marrow. For dinner, we ordered the porterhouse special for 2. The flavor was phenomenal, it was cooked perfectly and it was massive. Enough for two AND l leftovers. Tasted amazing with the bone marrow on top. We ordered the berry crème brûlée for dessert and we were also given a complementary shot that tasted like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The crème brûlée was unique and my boyfriend was a huge fan of the flavor/texture of it. They handed out a gift card at the end for Christmas as well. Overall such a great experience and I’m so glad we made the trip out to try it out. We will definitely be back.

The food and service were excellent. My only disappointment was that they tried to give us a table downstairs, when I reserved the main dining room. We ended up at a table with our back to the front aisle-heavy traffic area. I made this reservation on 11/16/24, so there was no excuse for this inconvenience. Because the overall dining experience was so good, I will definitely be back !
