The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. Please note that due to limited seating availability we are unable to accept reservations for our patio. All patio seating is assigned on a first come first served basis. The Bistro features contemporary American fare.     Ruth’s Chris is one of our favorite dining locations in Asheville. I’m especially fond of this location for its easy access from I-40. The main reason I keep coming back is the ease of booking a reservation with OpenTable. For men, we like it simple. I open the app click and book reservation complete. I know when I book a reservation at Ruth’s Chris, I’m getting lucky that night.

    Wonderful meal as always. Tonight we did the prix fix for the Christmas Candlelight tour. Worth every penny and they even packaged our leftovers and kept them for us until we finished the tour. Always the best service and so fun to eat in the stables!

    If you are looking for extraordinary experience for dining, this is it !! Beyond professional greeting, hosting to table, intro by waiter. Waiter was beyond expectations, with recommendations on wine pairing, sauces on selections, and general menu options. Had charred octopus to start, Elk loin with suggested sauce and seared scallops as addition. Saulteed mushrooms, creamy mashed potatoes as side. Would order again and again !! Strawberry Bruelee for desert !! Do not want to spoil visit!!! Wait until you are handed the menu !!!! Trust Me !!
