Restaurants near NaPali Coast State Park

Ambiance & noise level really depends on where you sit. The first night we had dinner, the two of us sat at a two top on a sort of bridge area. It was nice and private and quiet. Great for a romantic dinner. Our server was excellent. The next time we went, we were in the larger waterfall room. This was louder and more for a large group. Both times the food was excellent.

A beautiful spot to watch the sunset virtually every table will have a view of it. Parking can be challenging but there is valet. If you're going to Kauai this is a must!

The sushi was top-notch. Service was totally on point and the ambience was excellent. The fruit dessert bowl was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Will totally be back in the future. Highly recommend you go out of your way to make it to this place for lunch or dinner 

Beautiful setting, started with perfect #1 grade Sashimi that melted in our mouth and delicate taste. Followed by fresh Mahi that was perfectly prepared in two different styles with lovely side dishes Our waitress was wonderful and the Hawaiian entertainment made for a perfect evening topped off with their signature Hula pie and lovely coffee and chocolate Rums from Kauai. Perfect meal and if you choose only one dining experience in Kauai this is the place! Worthy of a Michelin rating!!

Eating outdoors at Gaylord's is a wonderful experience which we've enjoyed for almost 20 years. The setting is unparalleled; and the food is wonderful. We had the fish tacos and the fresh catch of the day--both mahi mahi. Both the flavor and presentation were beautiful. We further indulged with the goat cheese cheese cake with lemon curd. This beautiful dessert was presented with artfully placed raspberries and nonpareils-type confections decorating the plate. It was wonderful. My only complaint: a 20 minute wait for our reservation, despite arriving on time. (Hence the 4 stars for service. Our server was fine.)
