Restaurants near Museum and Town Hall

Thoroughly enjoyed my Christmas works party here so thought I'd go back for my birthday. The steaks are simply brilliant and is the main reason for returning, the sauces were yummy and sitting upstairs (having sat downstairs for the works do) was preferable - its warmer and more atmospheric. The heating was on and it was lovely and warm compared to the -1C outside. Our waiter was attentive and the food is always presented well. The only thing I'd change is the ability to buy their Masi Passo Malbec by the glass!

We had a large family party of 16 for a post Christmas celebration. They were very accommodating. Food served in a timely fashion, not rushed. Staff were absolutely excellent. Something on menu to suit everyone. Would certainly eat at Carluccios again, would recommend.

As always the service was amazing. Welcoming and attentive without being overly present. A special shout out to the lady who runs the bar. Always makes it feel special

Ambiance and service was good except for not following soy milk instruction for coffee. Although we had said it was a birthday this was not acknowledged. Nevertheless we enjoyed the meal.
