    The service was impeccable and the food was excellent. My 6 year old granddaughter gave her steak a 10 out of 10 and ate all of it but two bites which she insisted on bringing home. I tried the french onion soup and was pleasantly surprised that it was excellent, not too salty and the onions were not mush.

    Great Service! Thomas, our server was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was good although everything could have used a touch more salt (and I don't typically use a lot of salt). I wish the salt at the table was a sea salt or pink salt grinder instead of the iodized table salt. Overall a pretty good value, we'll keep The Hook & Cleaver in our dining out rotation.

    Superb as usual! Have been dining at Emory's for years and I love that most things were kept the same when Anthony's bought the establishment. This is truely a wonderful place to dine and on Saturday nights - Dance to some live music!!!
