Second time visiting. Food was great. Only had one issue with the one steak being well done when asked for medium well. They butterflied the steak for medium well and couldn’t understand why. Waiter was kind enough to take back. Brought back steak that was well done. We hate to make a fuss. The manager was so kind and came over to our table. We know things happen and to correct them you have to say something. The meal was great…don’t get me wrong. The manager was so very nice, the waiter was as well. We will still go back in the future. Just refreshing to know that a place can make things right after two issues. As for my meal, I had a chicken platter that was unbelievable. Overall wonderful experience.

The Host got us in a half hour early so we could get to our movie on time. Then he collected our bill and got us out the door fast-he was great. The food was excellent but a few items could have been a little warmer. Our waitress was fast, friendly, and attentive. A good visit all round.

Our server was exceptional though we did have to wait a bit between our calamari and soup, and then to get our entree took a while, but it was Christmas Eve and they were busy so it was understandable. The food was delicious but we ordered our steak medium rare and they were well done- the waitress brought it to the manager’s attention and he definitely agreed with us that they were over done and asked us what he could do to make it right. We said we were just glad that he addressed the situation with us-that was enough as far as we were concerned. Later the waitress came over and told us that the manager would like us to have dessert on him, and we thought that was very nice. I had the dark chocolate butter cake and my sister had the crème brûlée- both were delicious and much appreciated. Treatment like this by the waitress, staff and manager is the reason we will keep coming back to Mitchell’s fish market and of course, the delicious food. They make you feel cared for here. More places should be like this restaurant! Go- you won’t be disappointed!

Christmas Eve dinner was outstanding. Sea Bass, Salmon, and a filet. All were excellent as was our waitress. The atmosphere is cozy and felt very festive. We will return soon.
