We enjoyed the Fallicious dinner - cheese fondue followed by chicken schnitzel with side dishes, and then the cheesecake wrapped in phyllo. All delicious and after the fondue, most of everything else got packed up and went home. Lots of food! Our server Carmelle was absolutely lovely. It was a Sunday night before ski season, so it was nice and quiet with our table by the fireplace.

We always have a fantastic meal at Fabbrica in Thornbury. On this occasion we were celebrating a very special birthday and from the cozy atmosphere and impeccable service to the fantastic food, we had a wonderful celebration. Thanks again to Fabbrica for making our evening so special.

We went for my son's 20. We have been on a couple occasions before. Food and service were fantastic. I have to recommend the lamb shank. It's new to the menu this fall I was told. Is just a great place to be. The village is lit up for Christmas outside, the fire place is going. Just an all round inviting place.
