When we entered the restaurant and I said my name the young lady said a greeting in a robot fashion and didn’t smile or look at me. The decor, however, is excellent! Our waiter, Donovan, was okay. Smiling. Food was fantastic. I had a broccoli quiche and my husband had a delicious ham and cheese sandwich. Both entrees had a greens side salad. Wonderful. Towards the end of our meal Donovan asked if we would like more ice tea. I said no. Hubby said,”yes, please.” About ten minutes later, another server asked if he could take our plates. Finally, Donovan returned with an ice tea. Hubby requested the bill which was brought promptly. It was not busy.

So many times when you see a “classic steakhouse” you will find an outdated menu and a dining room stuck in the past. St. Elmo’s has mastered the art of combining a dining spot steeped in rich history all while keeping up with the times. From their signature shrimp cocktail (and a house-made cocktail sauce that has plenty of kick) to their dry-aged steaks, they continue to set a benchmark for outstanding flavors and experiences. The wine list is well curated and should you be so lucky as to tour the cellar…do. The staff is knowledgeable without being condescending. The cocktails were top notch. Highly recommend.

Our meal was excellent. Steaks were perfectly cooked and so delicious. Of course we had the shrimp cocktail ! It did not disappoint. We did opt for dessert. We had the bread pudding and it was incredible ! We had a fantastic server, Leo, very nice young man. He did an excellent job. Will definitely be back !

Everything was fantastic!! The food was absolutely delicious. The waitress Kim was wonderful!! Highly recommend
