Five prominent oaks that stood in a semi-circle on the front lawn gave the estate its original name: Five Oaks. Server was wonderful, it’s an open floor restaurant so noise can be an issue. Oysters Rockefeller was outstanding, the Poke appetizer was good, but the Lavash crackers with were beyond stale. I had the Chef’s Winter Prix Fixe, I thoroughly enjoyed it, the bread pudding dessert was a bit lackluster but all in all, a great meal. My wife had the scallops and enjoyed them but was a bit disappointed in the crème brûlée, the caramelized sugar crust was virtually non existent, part of the delight with crème brûlée is breaking the crust. We enjoy this restaurant and will return.
