We are very proud of our historic location, hence naming the restaurant after the year the world-famous Brooklands racetrack was built and opened. The restaurant interior reflects the area’s heritage with a 1920s and 30s inspired décor and when combined with modern service delivery as well as award winning food, we provide a contemporary dining experience for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. We have been award two AA rosettes for the past seven years.Our brand new 1907 Glasshouse has a floor to ceiling windows that can be fully retracted so you can simulate the experience of dining outside.     What do you really want from a restaurant? Maybe a warm welcome, comfortable and stylish atmosphere, attentive service, talented chef, knowledgeable sommelier, clean toilets? Sounds easy but so often I’m disappointed by places that can’t deliver these basic elements. Clava, in West Byfleet, opened a couple of years ago by Chef Valentino, does all of this with effortless competence. It becomes self-evident when you’re eating food that takes years of training and practice, days of preparation and moments of brilliance to deliver. It doesn’t want or need Michelin praise, it’s so good. I hesitate to share this because I want to be able to get a table before word gets out. Try it while you can.

    First,time visiting the Drummond & what a great experience. The food,staff and atmosphere were excellent. Will definitely be visiting again, I couldn't find any faults that let the pub down. Staff are polite & a credit to the pub. Would recommend the Drummond Snipe to family and friends with no concerns.

    Love piccolinos and always a first choice for my friends and I to meet up .. with the recent updated seating and bar it looks retro - beautiful !! Food And service is amazing as always … hopefully once the windows are in it will be a little warmer in the future …
