Born in a family with a passion for Gastronomy and Oenology, we opened our first French Wine Bistro, Cepage[s], in Notting Hill, London in 2014. Driven by the success of Cepage[s], my father Felix Cohen, who lives in Grenoble (French Alpes), came with the idea to open an authentic french cuisine restaurant in El Paso. Our concept is to create a cozy atmosphere, featuring delicious bistro style sharable appetizers and classic popular dishes from diverse regions in France paired with a great selection of wines and cocktails. Our name, Entrecôte, is a very popular Ribeye Steak dish served in bistros and specialty restaurant in France. We are very exited to start this new adventure and offer a unique experience to El Pasoans and visitors from out of town.

    Had an amazing meal with great food and top-notch service. Ordered the aguachiles, empanadas, and elote—each dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The aguachiles had just the right balance of spice and acidity, the empanadas were crispy and delicious, and the elote was packed with bold, savory flavors. Drinks were just as impressive—the lychee martinis were smooth and refreshing, while the margaritas were well-balanced and strong.     My boyfriend and I were able to get a last minute valentines reservation here and let me just say it was well worth it. The ambiance is so nice, definitely different from your typical El Paso steakhouse. And the food! I got the shot rib and he got the ribeye with a side of asparagus and oh my goodness it was delicious.
