Really enjoyed the service from our welcome to goodbye. We felt welcomed the entire time. The food was very pleasurable to the eye and palette, very well plated. Sizes are reasonable for the price, took leftovers home. Would return.

Alexander was our waiter & they were amazing. They were so kind & made us enjoy our experience way more! They were such a sweet waiter & was genuine with our interactions. We really enjoyed our dinner with them & appreciate their amazing customer service! :)

Our first time at Major Tom and it met all expectations! Once you walk into the restaurant, you are immediately met with stunning views of the city (40th floor) as you look west as you walk into the restaurant, after the stunning views, the beautiful decor of the restaurant will be the next thing to take your breath away. The staff is incredibly professional, polite, friendly, and very helpful. And then there's the food - my wife and I both had the striploin Wagu (first time for the both of us) and it was out of this world. Not only was it the best meal we've ever had, so was the dinning experience! To the staff at Major Tom, Both my wife and I thank you for a beautiful night. Spencer & Jocelyn

Our food was less than, but they ended up not charging us for it. Otherwise our server and service was very professional.

The food is good as usual especially the garlic bread and the sablefish. The signature banana pie always wows my guests, such a piece. Service is appropriately attentive but not intrusive. Our server is friendly and helpful.
