We used our birthday coupon offering a free dinner. The entire staff deserves recognition for outstanding customer service, from the greeters, front desk reerving our nice big table, and our waiter, Dominic who was outstanding and represented the Keg in an exemplary manner. This visit, my husband's steak seemed a bit "off" and was chewy, not what you'd expect for a $71 T-Bone. The Culinary Manager, Chad (I think that was his name) quickly exchanged it, cooked to perfection, explaining sometimes it happens and their goal was to please the customer, leaving us with a pleasant experience. I'd like to take this opportunity that when tipping includes a tab with a free meal that the customer should tip as though it was a purchase. Afterall, it had to be served, etc. I will add that this was expensive for us, but a special milestone was celebrated and the coupon helped. Once again, we left the Keg happy.More infoThe Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Oro ValleyPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Oro Valley•4.6

- PPollyPhoenix / Arizona •14 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had a nice dinner for my birthday. The manicotti was good and the penne and sausage was good. We also had crème brûlée and chocolate fondue for dessert. The whole experience was nice, but they didn’t do anything for my birthday, besides the hostess telling me happy birthday. But we will be back.More infoVivace RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Italian• Foothills•4.9

I noticed that, despite the fact that they have their assigned tables, the servers help each other out (a server who was our primary server last time we were there filled our water glasses at one point, just because he had a minute-or a pitcher in-hand). Food….we started with the always delicious grilled artichokes. The, my husband had salmon and I had the lobster and artichoke salad. My husband commented that his salmon was cooked absolutely perfectly. My salad was very, very good, but I had thought it would have Maine lobster in it, and it didn’t (Australian lobster tail, maybe). I hadn’t bothered to ask, so my fault. They used to have a delicious lobster salad that was done with Maine lobster, so I assumed. I was super-excited to see something similar back again. If you are a bread-eater, this is a great place for that too. Delicious, warm from the oven! All that good food AND it was 1/2 price wine bottles night (Tuesday). Wonderful evening. The only bad thing was that we had no room for dessert. Their bars of sin dessert is amazing. Maybe next time!More infoWildflower - TucsonPrice: Moderate• American• Casas Adobes•4.6

The scallops and French onion soup are also delicious. We will return soon.More infoFleming's Steakhouse - TucsonPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Foothills•4.8
