- LLovingLifeSacramento / Sacramento Valley •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFANTASTIC EVERYTHING! First time attending this restaurant with friends last night. STAFF: Greeted promptly and sat at a booth that felt like a little cave, great ambiance. Lovely music by two Fiddle players. The waitress was friendly and very attentive, we were all given fairy flower crowns made the experience so much fun. FOOD: Menu is extensive so we asked for choices between two of each dish, she gladly gave her opinion and she was right, we had the 4 tapas appetizer, Vegetarian Pastie, Braised short ribs, Portabella mushroom and Shepperds pie pastie portions were very good and all dishes were deeeeelious!. Desert was the key lime pie and peanut butter cake both yummy, not too sweet, just perfect. DRINKS: Not on the online menu but they had some awesome specialty drinks, had the Leprechaun ones a the mead flights and all were great. COST: $240 total for 4 meals, drinks, appetizers, main course, dessert and a great magical time worth very penny. Can't wait to go again and bring more of our friends to enjoy this wonderful restaurant. Thank you! :)More infoEnchanted Forest Dining ExperiencePrice: Moderate• European• Placerville•4.4
- RRyanSacramento / Sacramento Valley •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoAs usual, the pre-fixe menu delivers. We added on cocktails, lobster risotto, and the dessert wine pairing. Scallops and risotto were obscenely good. Beef Wellington was perfection, and the sticky toffee pudding was decadent and rich. The wait staff was highly responsive and fantastic. Could not more highly recommend.More infoGordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen - Lake Tahoe Harveys Resort Hotel & CasinoPrice: Very Expensive• American• Stateline•4.6
- PPaulaSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review4.0Dined 7 days agoIt was our first time eating here and we decided to try it for our anniversary. We were seated promptly and our waitress was very attentive. I cannot remember her name but she had dark long hair and we chatted about the secret to being married for 22 years! The food was really flavorful and fresh with adequate portion size. My husband had the Porterhouse Steak which was good but undercooked. He requested medium well but it came out medium at best. He ate as much as he could. I had the Surf & Turf which was also good. We both had loaded potatoes and shared asparagus. We also shared a free tiramisu dessert for our anniversary. It was delicious! Thank you!! Our waitress was amazing but the food took a very long time to come out. It appeared that many of the tables were waiting on food for an extended time. I think we waited about 45 minutes or so after finishing our salads (which was served quickly). Overall we enjoyed our food and waitress. The kitchen response time and ambience was lacking. Would we patronize again…maybe.More infoHenry's SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Placerville•4.2
- NNancyvipSan Francisco Bay Area •50 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoVacanza is an amazing restaurant. First, you feel like family. They are so welcoming. The service is wonderful. The food is so delicious and unusual. Unusual in a good way because everything is house made from the huge, delicious croutons to the incredible pastas. Last night I had the Pappardelle Ripienne. A tasty sauce with eggplant, garlic confit, and hazelnut butter and pesto. It was wrapped in the pappardelle. So yummy. It was my birthday and they served me a complimentary tiramisu that was also house made and so tasty. This restaurant is definitely a neighborhood gem.More infoVacanza RomanaPrice: Moderate• Italian• El Dorado Hills•4.5
