Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house.     I typically don't leave restaurant reviews, but I want to commend Nora and Cannon. I was served by Nora, who was extremely knowledgeable and in tune with what I wanted and needed. She impressed me with her ability to meet me at my level of knowledge with wine without talking down to me. I also had the opportunity to meet Cannon, who was very engaging and checked in on me to ensure that I had everything I needed. In their own styles, they both made me feel special, and they deserve recognition.

    I enjoyed having dinner with my mom for a night out in Bmore. Our waitress Kai (I hope I’m spelling this right) was great! The food was chef’s kiss. That butternut squash bisque and the short beef rib tips! Listen! Really good. This was our first visit but definitely not the last. The food, service, music and overall ambience was an enjoyable experience.
