Restaurants near Long Point State Park

We had not been to Keg in a few years as last time poor service and food not great. Total turnaround as we had excellent service last night and food was delicious. I believe our servers name was Dayja and she was very efficient and friendly. We will be back!

Was recommended to go to the Heist for the ambiance and delicious food. Was not disappointed a definitely must try for anyone in Kingston. The fried pork belly appetizer was amazing, would never have been my first pick but glad I took the servers recommendation.

Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and gave excellent service. The food was outstanding and exactly as described. We were pleasantly surprised with amuse bouche before our appetizers. Cocktails were perfectly made. Presentation of everything was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Their first Pasta night of the season. My wife started with a salad of super fresh greens before dining on her pasta with meatballs. My ginger-soy wings were delicious as was my margherita pizza. Service was fantastic! Found out afterwards she was the owner’s daughter. Only downside was my wife’s white wine wasn’t very cold and the keg of Garland beer I wanted had blown. Look forward to dining here again in December when we’ll be back in Clayton.

We enjoyed the beautiful outside dining patio on a late summer evening with Mr. Ventiquattro playing oldies but goodies. For the price, we were a bit disappointed with the portion sizes and that we had to pay extra for sides. The lobster mac-n-cheese and scallops were very good; however, the lobster/sweet potato cake was a bit overcooked.
