We had an absolutely amazing time at Gaucho Liverpool! The service was impeccable—truly the highest level of care and professionalism we've experienced. From start to finish, everything was flawless. While all the food was outstanding, the steaks and the Basque cheesecake deserve special recognition—they were simply extraordinary! The steaks were perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and melted in our mouths. And the cheesecake? A heavenly dessert that’s worth a visit on its own. We can't recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be back soon. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

There was a mix up around the reservation, they couldn't find it, but they honoured the booking when I showed them the confirmation email, so definitely take that with you, just incase. The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were next level, the atmosphere was good, lively, but not so loud that you can't have a conversation. I think they will soon be up to speed and will have ironed out any of the teething issues. We will definitely back.

Went for the fixed price lunch Starters and Desserts were truly excellent Both starters were very large, freshly “ cooked” and vey tasty Desserts… The Passion Fruit Pavlova was a great contrast of sweet and fruit….the Peanut Butter Shortbread was the best dessert ever according to my wife…but she loves peanuts, peanut butter, chocolate and shortbread!! Unfortunately both steaks ordered came well and truly overcooked Extra paid for the Fillet Steak too…. To the credit of the Management…changed without hesitation…and confirmed they had cut open both steaks and yes very well overcooked On presentation of the bill the management recognised the initial error and adjusted the bill accordingly…an adjustment we were not expecting…as the steaks were replaced promptly Other establishments should learn from the absolute professional attitude of the management As a consequence will definitely visit again Server was brillant too

We stopped for cocktails after Christmas shopping and had a lovely friendly welcome from the hostess. I didn't get her name unfortunately but she was very professional and chatted about some of the cocktails and recommendations. I couldn't remember the name of the one I had last time but found a photo on my phone and she knew which one it was. The views at night are stunning and having been in the day and night, the night views are the best. Highly recommended.
