We took advantage of the mud season Saturday night prime rib special, one with Brussels sprouts and the other with the potato bake. Both were preceded by the crab cake appetizer, which was all crab, no filler. Everything was excellent, including service by Missy and all the other staff members. E3 is always one of our favorite dining destinations in Steamboat and we also applaud E3 for giving back to our veterans via their 10% give back program on every meal served.

We dined here on Thanksgiving Day. We made our reservation somewhat blindly, having researched restaurants that would be open than day but we didn’t know anything about it. The front desk staff was exemplary and it was nice to be able to check our coats. A special Thanksgiving menu as well as the regular menu were available. In general the service was excellent. We waited longer than we would have preferred for our credit card to be picked up at the end of the meal, but that is a minor quibble. We would return here for a special occasion.

Beautiful entrance and quaint cozy interior! Very friendly staff from the time we arrived - Brian, our server, was wonderful and attentive! A great location for a holiday, special occasion or any day!

Primrose is a regular favorite and rarely does it disappoint. We were able to enjoy apps and drinks off of the Social menu. Staff is always professional and attentive. Short Ribs entree was wonderfully done. The lamb entree was flavorful but the majority of the cut was a large bone and a lot fat. Will not be ordering it again.

Spent a few days off-season enjoying Steamboat and this was our best dining experience. Grace was an excellent server and the paella and small plates were great. Excellent wine selection and tasty sangria and it was all a great value, especially on Thursday nights.
